GENERAL PROVISIONS
It is assumed that each person placing an order in the Online Store read and accepted these rules.
The Shop sells handcraft products modeling via the www.terrains4games.com
The prices of all products are given in Euro, British Pounds and US Dollars.
The price given is valid at the time of confirmation of the order by the Buyer. We reserve the right to change the prices of products on offer, adding products to offer, remove items from this offer and cancel promotions.
Prices for products do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are added to each order placed in the store.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are shipped by courier Polish Post Office after the previous payment.
Details of the charges for delivery are in the Delivery tab.
Terrains4Games is not responsible for delays in delivery of the contract resulting from deficiencies in the work of Post Office or courier service.
Delivery order is usually within:
- Models of the Premium series are sent within 7-10 working days of payment.
- Models of the Resin Series, Laser Cut Series and Starter Series are shipped within 5-7 working days from the date of payment.
- In case of inability to complete the delivery within 10 working days, the shop will contact the buyer to determine the scope and term of the contract.
All products offered in the store are covered by manufacturer's warranty.
In the event that the Buyer, upon receipt of the order, the technical defects of the ordered products should be returned to the address the Polish Post Office: Dom Wysyłkowy Silesia Sp. z o.o. , Heinleina 16, 02-013 Warszawa, Poland. The shipment must be accompanied by the purchase invoice and information about the perceived defect of the product. The complaint will be dealt with within 10 working days of receipt of shipment. Defective or damaged product will be replaced at full value.
